Welcome!

Do we have a vision for the future? We as in humanity.

I believe that our potential is effectively without limit. Imagine the feelings of anyone throughout history, being able to see where we are now. We have already come so far.

But our prosperity is not a given. We are merely beneficiaries of the intentional effort and sacrifice of those who came before us. Let us not settle into the status quo but choose to pursue the unknown. It is now our turn to stand on the shoulders of these giants and contribute to the rising tide.

That said, I realize that I have merely scratched the surface of what I am capable of. And further, that we are greater than the sum of our parts. So come along with me on a journey with no destination. Ask questions and search for answers. This site is meant to be a reflection of my mind and a record of my experiences, comprised of two parts:

State of Mind, documenting my thoughts on various topics.

Anthology, a portfolio of sorts, tailored for emphasis.

About me—so far

Who am I? Hmm… 🤔

Beyond philosophical musings on non-dualism, I’m a father, a brother, a son. An optimist. I appreciate the little things and embrace the uncertainty of tomorrow.

I value curiosity, focus, fallibilism, benevolence, and sustainability most.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, continuing with some post-baccalaureate coursework in Computer Science at my alma mater and later at Colorado State University.

Around then I fell for the process of learning. I realized that I am only limited by my mind and that realization was liberating. I devote much of my time to study and expect this to continue for some time.

I’ve been a Software Engineer at Greymatter.io 2021–present and consider Fort Collins, Colorado my home.
